Snowing in Texas

Today was supposed to be our 24 week check up but it decided to snow.... These pictures were from about 6:45 am and it's still snowing. This is very unusual for Texas.
So no update but I've rescheduled for Monday.... Although I know she's doing fine from the kicks, punches, and little movements it was a little bit of a bummer. So until next time stay warm.

20 Weeks Old And Ready For The Papparazzi....

These pictures are from Baby J's 20 week check up. (Thursday, Jan 14th) The 3-D pictures are neat and scary all in one. The area to snap the picture is pretty small and she kept getting outside it. I kept thinking she was missing an arm but it's there. She's 13 oz and measures to where she should be at this stage so they left the due date as May 31st. She's making her presence known now and I have a small pooch to show for it. Just enough to make me uncomfortable to sleep on my tummy. (the only way I know how to sleep) She moves constantly but not hard enough for anyone to feel.

Until later....

We've finally started buying Baby Gadgets

Monday will be week 19 (one week from half way there). So we've started buying a few things. The dogs have figured out something is going on. They inspect everything that comes in the house. From time to time I hear them going upstairs and they are going to the baby's room. Our next doctors visit is the 14th and we're looking forward to it.

I've started feeling the baby move around. It's pretty exciting for me but Clint hasn't felt it yet. It seems when he's around all movement stops.

Until next time.... I've posted some pictures below.

15 weeks and counting

Almost at the 4 month mark and we haven't gotten anything accomplished. The baby’s room is kind of cleaned out but no painting has been done, no decorations, NOTHING!!! The months have flown by since she called me at work that day and said "According to 4 pregnancy test...we are pregnant." I guess the first three test were not proof enough. I never knew so much excitement could also include so much stress. I always wanted kids but now that we are having one everything seems scary. The so-called morning sickness is finally starting pass, thank God. I'm not sure why in the world anyone would ever say "morning sickness" when it is an all day occurrence. We have a couple of ideas for the babies name but we haven't decided for sure, so for now we just call her "Little J". Oh yeah, the doctor said he is 95% sure it is a girl. We should find out for sure at the next doctors visit. We went shopping today and bought just as many clothes for Little J as we did for Judy. Too bad daddy doesn’t get any new clothes.
